Jamie and Kathy Flowers, along with 4 of their 5 children (sons Cole and Joseph, daughters Kaleigh and Emily) are Living Hope’s first full-time cross-cultural missionaries living in Zambia. Jamie and Kathy possess a vision of developing the next generation of leaders with a multifaceted approach (agricultural, spiritual formation, education, arts, etc.) These are not new elements of Living Hope, but the Flowers saw more clearly their role in their development in Zambia and the value of combining the strengths of two cultures in pursuing Biblical methods of developing leaders.

Brian and Judy Beer have been involved with Living Hope for many years and are now excited to be partnering as U.S. based support staff.  Following God’s leading, they are using their gifts and abilities where needed most to help grow and serve Living Hope.  Brian began serving as President in January, 2022 and serves on the board of directors, overseeing the overall operations and planning the future of Living Hope. Judy maintains the website, communicates with donors and sponsors, and assists with events and fundraising.
